1. Right of Withdrawal (Distance Selling)
In accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (Kuluttajansuojalaki) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal Period: The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the product. If you have ordered multiple products in one order, the period begins on the day you receive the last product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by sending a clear statement to orion@filteringenergyi.world or by using the contact form on our website. You may use the model withdrawal form provided by the European Commission, but it is not obligatory.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with all accessories and documentation
- Returned within the specified return period
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at orion@filteringenergyi.world or through our contact page. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
4. Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of returning the product unless the product is defective or we have made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
5. Refunds
In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from the contract.
We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16, you may not withdraw from the contract in the following cases:
- Customized or personalized products made to your specifications or clearly personalized
- Products that have been unsealed and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons
- Products that have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
7. Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original product and place a new order for the desired item.
9. Consumer Rights and Complaints
As a consumer in Finland, you are protected by the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. If you are not satisfied with our handling of your return or refund request, you may contact:
